There are some known compatibility issues which exist between some of the USB printing software solutions which have been developed by several vendors. If you have another vendor's USB printing software already installed, you may encounter compatibility problems after installation. These compatibility issues may either negatively affect the HP DeskJet 800 (USB/AT) Series driver, or the use of another vendor's USB printing software solution. You may be experiencing a USB printing software compatibility problem if the following occurs consistently: (1) partial output, garbage output, or the printing of several blank pages. (2) the inability to print at all. (3) constant reports that the printer is Offline (even when it is Online). Whether any of the above problems are occurring when using the HP DeskJet 800 (USB/AT) Series driver, or when using another vendor's USB printing product, the solution is the same: you must disable the USB printing software (or a portion of it) for the product you are not printing from. If you are encountering the above problems when using a USB printer driver other than the HP DeskJet 800 (USB/AT) Series driver, you may need to disable the "HP USBPrintDriver".
